General Terms and Conditions (GTC)<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. scope of application<\/strong><\/h3>

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the booking of excursions and events concluded between GC-Tours \/ Denis Schimmeyer (hereinafter \"Provider\") and the customer (hereinafter \"Customer\") via the ongrancanaria.com website.<\/p>

2. object of the contract<\/strong><\/h3>

The provider offers ready-made and individually plannable excursions and events. Individual planning is done in writing via messenger service, e-mail or by telephone.<\/p>

3. conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/h3>

The contract is concluded when the provider accepts the customer's booking. The booking can be made online via the website, in writing by e-mail or messenger service or by telephone.<\/p>

4. Payment<\/strong><\/h3>

4.1 Short-term bookings:<\/h4>
  • For bookings made at short notice or by arrangement, the customer can pay for the excursion on site in cash in euros, pounds sterling or US dollars at the current exchange rate on the day<\/li><\/ul>

    4.2 Bookings with a lead time of more than 2 weeks:<\/h4>
    • For bookings with a lead time of more than 2 weeks, the customer can pay in advance by bank transfer.<\/li><\/ul>

      4.3 Cancellations at short notice:<\/h4>
      • If the customer cancels the excursion at short notice, 20% of the agreed excursion costs are due or will be retained.<\/li><\/ul>

        5. liability<\/strong><\/h3>

        5.1 The provider assumes liability for personal injury resulting from accidents caused by the provider within the scope of the existing insurance.<\/p>

        5.2 The provider is not liable for damage caused by the customer's own carelessness.<\/p>

        5.3 The provider is not liable for personal injury or damage to property caused by third parties.<\/p>

        5.4 The provider is not liable for the loss of the customer's valuables.<\/p>

        6. changes and cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>

        6.1 Changes to excursion duration and route:<\/h4>
        • The provider is not liable for changes to the duration and route of the excursion caused by road closures, accidents, weather phenomena or landslides. The provider will endeavour to offer alternatives as far as possible and reasonable.<\/li><\/ul>

          6.2 Unexpected closures:<\/h4>
          • The provider is not liable for the unexpected closure of excursion destinations such as art markets, markets, manufactories or other businesses. The provider always endeavours to find the best solution for the customer.<\/li><\/ul>

            7. data privacy<\/strong><\/h3>

            The processing of the customer's personal data is carried out in accordance with the provider's privacy policy, which can be viewed on the website.<\/p>

            8 Applicable law<\/strong><\/h3>

            The law of the European Union and Spanish law shall apply.<\/p>

            9 Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h3>

            For all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC and the contracts based on them, the place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Las Palmas (at the registered office of the provider).<\/p>

            10. severability clause<\/strong><\/h3>

            Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision.<\/p>
