As a small company, we show you Gran Canaria the way we love the island: honest, close to nature and with respect for people, places and culture.
Our aim is to offer our guests very special impressions and unforgettable moments during our individual tours and private day trips on Gran Canaria, creating lasting memories.

Here we would like to tell you which values guide our work every day – and why a tour with us is different from the typical excursion.
We want to authentically introduce you to Gran Canaria in all its diversity, with its people, nature and culture, and offer you holiday experiences that remain hidden from other tourists and encourage you to return.
This includes a special selection of the most extraordinary routes and best destinations, tailored to your individual needs and the time of year.

When guests tell us: “The excursion was the most wonderful experience of our holiday!” This pleases us and shows that we have achieved our goal.

❤️ Most importantly: You are the focus

A philosophy that no one feels is worthless. That's why we live our values – without "quality promises" from a marketing handbook:

• We plan together with you according to your budget – individually, honestly, and with room for what truly matters to you and what you want to develop. If we can't provide something, we'll tell you beforehand.
• Your individual wishes and needs are always our top priority, so that we can work with you to make every moment as enjoyable as possible, according to your taste.
• You will be personally accompanied by us – attentively, empathetically, considerately openly, without the involvement of strangers or external guides.
• Just be yourself and feel free. We want you to feel welcome and valued – in good hands.

🌟 Stay flexible – even on the go

An hour more or less – or a few kilometers – really doesn't matter to us. We want to make your day trip as perfect as possible and help you get the most out of your vacation day. If the weather suddenly changes and a previously discussed viewpoint is no longer feasible, we'll find suitable alternatives. If you're not comfortable driving on a mountain road, we'll adjust the route. Want to linger longer at a place along the way or simply enjoy an ice cream? That's perfectly fine with us. Sometimes, spontaneous ideas even arise during our personal interactions along the way. We'll flexibly change the route, at no extra charge, without any discussion. And often, we can even sense what's best without you having to say a word.

🏳️‍🌈 A safer space for everyone – regardless of your identity

LGBTQIA+ welcome! We want you to feel completely at ease and enjoy your trip – just as you are. Whether you're traveling as a queer couple and want to enjoy each other's company, or traveling alone and simply want to be yourself – you are most welcome. Feel free. We and all our partners are gay-friendly.
If we happen to express ourselves incorrectly, please simply tell us how you would prefer to be addressed. We don't want to offend anyone, but rather welcome you as you are.
We and our partners naturally reject any discrimination against people – based on ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, nationality, religion, age, disability or financial situation.
We work for and with people, therefore discrimination has no place here. For us, only the individual matters!

🌱 Special life situations – sensitive and mindful

Sometimes a holiday is more than just a break. Guests may be going through a difficult time in their lives – perhaps a separation, the loss of a loved one, a serious illness, or a life crisis.
Then a greater degree of sensitivity, attention, and tact is required. Especially then, an outing or experience must be tailored very differently to personal needs and the specific situation. This can look completely different from person to person. In an empathetic and respectful approach, everything can be accommodated – but it doesn't have to be.
We adapt and design the day in a way that suits you best.

💪 Inclusion & Accessibility – tangible, not just a buzzword

Melanie is an orthopaedic technician. She knows exactly which seats, ramps, or grab bars are needed so that a wheelchair user or a person with limited mobility can enjoy the island in comfort. This isn't just a "barrier-free option" from a brochure – it's her area of expertise.
Denis studied special education and has experience working with people with physical, intellectual, and mental disabilities. He is therefore able to choose destinations for outings that are not only suitable for everyone, but also interesting and fun.
We will discuss with you in advance what support you need and are equipped accordingly.

🌿 Sustainable – but concrete

We aim to promote both tourism and the region sustainably, prioritizing the highest possible safety and environmental compatibility. We do not support excursions that knowingly risk harming people, flora, and fauna.
We are aware of our responsibility towards the environment and future generations and avoid waste and emissions wherever possible – consciously weighing comfort against sustainability.
We understand tourism as a responsible and respectful encounter between people, nature, and culture. Sustainable tourism is, for us, the alternative to mass tourism.

🤝 Regional partnerships – no exploitation

We know the winemakers, farmers, and artists we visit very well personally. We source the food for your picnic locally, for example, from the baker around the corner. When you book a tour with us, you support small, regional businesses instead of large corporations – ensuring their livelihoods. We pay fair prices, don't charge commissions, and pay attention to working conditions.

💛 Social commitment

Some people suddenly become ill, and recovery is beyond the reach of medicine. Often, those affected have a wish to visit a particular place one last time, but fulfilling this wish is not easily possible for them or their loved ones. Often, it simply fails due to the challenges involved and their personal circumstances. We want to help in this situation and offer those affected one last beautiful experience. Therefore, we offer... Star Journeys We offer this service free of charge. If you are affected, simply contact us.
If our guests or their relatives suddenly need help during a holiday in the Canary Islands, we always provide support within our means – completely independent of the excursion or any previous tour. We always help when we can.
If any food scraps accumulate during a tour, we distribute them to people in need afterwards. If you would like to donate something yourself while on Gran Canaria, we would be happy to provide you with reliable options to ensure that your donation actually reaches its intended recipients.

💶 Easy booking, fair prices and transparency

We make things easy: You can book your private excursion simply online or by phone/messenger. You can pay however suits you best – in cash on the go or in advance by bank transfer.
We only request a deposit for larger groups or special events such as weddings. We will discuss this with you personally beforehand.
We calculate our prices fairly – with no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises. What we agree on is what you get. Everything is communicated openly, honestly, and clearly: the service, the price, the procedures. Transparency is a matter of course for us – towards our guests and our partners.
We don't do sales pitches – no one will try to sell you anything along the way. No tricks with bogus services where a small sample suddenly turns out to be your lunch. And of course, no bought reviews. What you read and hear from us is authentic.

In our dealings with customers and partners, as well as in our ongoing self-monitoring process, we are always open to hearing from everyone, regardless of whether it concerns questions, requests, concerns, praise, criticism, or any other feedback.
